Policies


Reservations:

A deposit equal to one night’s stay assures you of a room. Extended stays require a deposit equal to 50% of the total tariff. Requirements for holidays, special occasions, and complete inn leasing may differ. Minimum stays are required during holiday weekends, special events, tours, and fall foliage season. Cancellation:
Unfortunately due to our size, we must require a 10-day notification of cancellation in order for you to receive a complete refund of your deposit. Otherwise it is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook your reserved room, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service fee. Please note that your deposit will be applied to any unused portion of your reservation such as an early departure or late arrival.

Payment:
We accept your MasterCard, Visa, check and, of course, cash for payment.

Arrival:
Check in begins at 3:00 PM or at your convenience provided that prior arrangements are made with the innkeepers.

Departure:
Checkout is at 11:00 AM or at your convenience provided that prior arrangements are made with the innkeepers.

Pets:
Unfortunately, we do not have accommodations for your pet or pets. Caitlyn, our enthusiastic greeter and mascot, will make you feel right at home.

Children:
Linne Ardan a’ Lake Lure is not suitable for your children under the age of 13 years.

Smoking:
Linne ‘Ardan is a totally smoke-free environment.
